I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Founder of GLO Within Services, with experience in clinical supervision, case management, and providing individual and group counseling through a range of therapeutic approaches. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care, with a strong focus on serving the geriatric community, guardianship matters, and victim services. I thrive in high-intensity environments where compassion, clarity, and cultural humility guide the work.

A Bronx native with Puerto Rican roots and Southern-born in South Carolina, I bring my culture, community, and lived experience into every space I hold. I am also the visionary behind La Botanika Wellness, a future culture-rooted healing space and clinical group practice created to be a safe, affirming home for People of Color. My mission is to build spaces where clients never have to code-switch, minimize themselves, or question their belonging.

I am a devoted mother of two, a proud dog mom to two pups, a wife, and always human in public. My work honors authenticity, ancestral resilience, and the belief that healing should feel both powerful and deeply personal.
